Nigel has been involved with the retail and leisure property sector for over 20 years. During that time he has advised on some of the most high profile real estate projects throughout the UK and Europe.

Nigel began his property career at Healey & Baker (Now Cushman & Wakefield) before joining Lunson Mitchenall, becoming a Senior Director in 2009. Nigel then headed up the Retail team at Knight Frank before a further tenure at Lunson Mitchenall. He co-founded Time Retail Partners in March 2015 which has grown to become one of the UK’s leading retail agency businesses. Nigel founded X Real Estate in 2017.

Nigel has advised on some of the largest shopping centres in the UK and Europe including Bluewater, Intu Metro Centre, Intu Victoria Centre, The White Rose Centre, Leeds, The Westgate Centre, Oxford and Cap 3000 in Nice, France.

Clients have included Intu Properties Plc, Landsec, Hammerson, M&G Real Estate, Altarea Cogedim, Berkeley Homes, Motcomb Estates and PMB Holdings.

Being fascinated with technology, Nigel takes a particular interest in the evolving nature of the market and specifically how traditional retailers and landlords can embrace the digital economy. Technology forms a major pillar at X Real Estate and influences investment decisions at every stage.

Nigel is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Will started his commercial property career in 2005 at GVA Saxon Law in the West End team where he worked on office acquisitions and disposals, focussing on the Berkeley Square Estate – a central London portfolio headquartered in Mayfair comprising prime offices and retail holdings extending to Oxford Street, Knightsbridge and Sloane Street.

Leaving to join the private office of Lancer Property Asset Management, he helped establish their operations in the United Arab Emirates, moving to Abu Dhabi where he lived for two years, and ultimately ran the management department of a substantial multi-sector private estate. On return to the UK in 2008, he was engaged in special projects incorporating European asset management and cross border brokerage.

He subsequently joined Nightingale Partners, where he worked for 10 years concentrating on office, retail and leisure investment and development, in both central London and the regions.

An avid follower of technology, Will is a proficient coder and has devised and built many websites and applications - from simple graphic design-led marketing “shop fronts” to highly complex database-driven platforms.
